Character Bio:
Paioroka, the only non-human member of the Elders, was a Rokan navigator.
He was born into the clan of Paio as the eldest son of the sixth litter. His
clan leaders apprenticed him under the Elders to serve their worthy cause. He
was raised under their guidance and later became an Elder himself.
The Rokan people form a humanoid species. During both war and peace,
their strategy is centered on speed. Legends have been told of Rokan fighters
spinning in circles around their opponents for hours before their adversaries
collapsed from either dizziness or boredom. Their proliferary speed is also
rather high; they can expand to fill a sector faster than any other known
race. Their multiplying prowess has been considered comparable to that of a
legendary furry, carrot-loving, colored-egg laying Earth creature...
Paioroka has been with the Elders since January 2000.
