The Elder Code

green globe There will often come times in which respected citizens of the universe have earned enough prestige to join the Council of Elders. Though the Elders must not grow old and set on ancient, obsolete tactics, we do not desire players with no sense of tactics. Thus, the policy for accepting new counselors is as follows:

green globe Unregistered players may enter the Elder Initiates. You will be taught basic melee, production techniques, ship configurations, flight optimization, basic and advanced weaponry, allied combat, and multiple other strategies. Many of these things you may already know. If you do, then you must take responsibility to help the new players who may not know as much as you do. The Elder Initiates is only for unregistered players.

green globe Once an Elder Initiate sends in his registration money he may then join either the Elder Armada or the Elder Council. It will depend on where that player is most valuable. The main thing we ask of our members is that you play with integrity, honor, and loyalty.

green globe Additionally, current Elders must continue to hone their skills. All Elders should attempt to keep one game slot open for password-protected training games. If the Elders are already in a training game, the members may fill their fourth (unregistered) or eighth (registered) slot with something else. Should a player have all slots full when the Alliance plays a game, that player may join it later, or not at all. Should less than four players be available for an alliance training game, the game will not be held. Elders are encouraged to keep at least one slot open for training games.
